Do you have preferred vendors?
Yes! We’re happy to share a curated list of our favorite vendors with you but you are welcome to work with others, we find these vendors are familiar with our space and can help your celebration run smoothly. The only vendor required off our list or for approval are bar services.

Is there heat or air conditioning?
The house is fully equipped with heat and AC for comfort year-round and the event space has central air for all year long comfort.

Do you require a Day-of Coordinator?
We don’t require one, but we highly encourage hiring a Day-of Coordinator to help everything run seamlessly.

Whats the MAx guest Capacity?

125 guests

Are tables and chairs included in the rental?
Yes. Our inventory includes:

  • (13) 8’ custom wood tables

  • (2) round custom wood tables

  • (1) 4’ guest book table

  • 125 black metal bistro chairs

  • (4) various-sized plastic folding tables

  • (6) black high-top tables

  • (9) metal square low-top tables in the speakeasy

Are we required to use specific bar companies?
Yes. Bar service must be provided by one of the following:

  • Nightcap Bar Company

  • The Roaming Speakeasy

  • Your caterer’s in-house bar service
