Do you have preferred vendors?

We can provide you with a list of our favorite vendors, but you are not required to use only the vendors on that list.

Is there heat/AC?

Yes! The house is fully equipped with heat and AC units in the summer.

The events space has central air all year round (and it’s a dream).

Do you require a Day of Coordinator?

We do not require a day of coordinator, but highly encourage one.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental?

They are indeed! We have (13) 8ft long custom wood tables, (2) round custom wood tables, (1) 4’ guest book table, 125 black metal bistro chairs, (4) various sized plastic folding tables (6) black high top tables, and (9) metal square low top tables in the speakeasy.

Are we required to use specific bar companies for our celebration?

Yes, we require you to book with the Nightcap Bar Company, The Roaming Speakeasy, or your Caterers in House Bar Service.
