Do you have preferred vendors?

We can provide you with a list of our favorite vendors, but you are not required to use only the vendors on that list.

Is there heat/AC?

Yes! The house is fully equipped with heat and AC units in the summer.

The events space has central air all year round (and it’s a dream).

Do you require a Day of Coordinator?

We do not require a day of coordinator, but highly encourage one.

Are tables and chairs included in the rental?

They are indeed! We have 11 8ft long custom wood tables (seats up to 10), 3 round custom wood tables (seats up to 6), plus some folding tables and linens for extra large parties.

We also have some high-top tables and speakeasy furniture!

Are we required to use your bar for our event?

Yes, our bar services are required for each contracted event. We offer a variety of wine/beer/spirit options to fit your budget.
